Reported for Cursor's 400+ person sales org: SDRs book 3x more qualified meetings and AE ramp time is down by 50%+. The source gives no time frame or baseline period.
Cursor's Head of Enterprise Growth, George Hou, built ChatGTM, an internal sales AI. Each morning reps get a Slack digest covering today's meetings, overnight account news and territory trends, plus 25 drafted outbound messages, each tied to a signal and paired with a personalized landing page. It also writes call briefs and recap emails, builds business cases, maps org charts, assembles the forecast and produces a stack-ranked plan for each new quarter's book. About 70% of use is outbound and account research.

If you sell: start each day from a signal list, not a blank page
- Connect the sources reps check by hand: CRM, call recordings, product usage data, LinkedIn and the web.
- Each morning, send every rep a Slack digest with today's meetings and attendees, overnight account news and territory signals (usage spikes, signups, new exec hires).
- Have it draft a fixed number of outbound messages a day, each tied to one named signal, for the rep to review and send.
- Auto-draft a recap email after every call and a follow-up for any thread that's gone quiet.
- Before the forecast, have it scan every deal's notes and stage changes and draft the update.
- At the start of each quarter, have it rank the rep's book by signals and past calls.
You are my outbound assistant. For each account below, here are the latest signals: [paste: usage spikes, signups, new exec hires, funding, news] and our CRM and call history: [paste]. For the 5 accounts with the strongest signals: 1) Name the signal and why it matters to this buyer's role. 2) Draft a cold email of no more than 90 words that opens with that signal, ties it to one problem we solve, and asks for one small next step. 3) List one fact I should double-check before I send it. Don't invent facts; if a signal is unclear, say so.
If you lead a team: roll it out
- Pick one owner to build it. Ship the morning digest first, then the drafted outbound.
- Compare qualified meetings per SDR and AE ramp time before and after.
Watch out for
- These are internal results reported through a newsletter interview, with no time frame or baseline given.
- This took a dedicated builder with access to every data source. Start with the morning digest and the drafts, not the whole system.
- Reps still review every message before it's sent.
