Turn the discovery recording into a same-day proposal in the buyer’s own words

The resultself-reported

Proposal sent 2 hours after the discovery call instead of her usual 2 to 3 days. The prospect, who was comparing three agencies, replied that afternoon (“This is exactly what we need”) and signed by end of day.

She pulled the call recording into Claude and asked for every objection, pain point and quick win, plus the exact words the buyer used. Then she built an interactive proposal page mapping their challenges to her plan, with proof, pricing and timeline, and a comparison built from the objections they raised. She sent both with a short walkthrough video while the call was still fresh.

Run it before your 10am

  1. Record the discovery call (with permission) and get the transcript.
  2. Ask AI to list every objection, pain point and quick win, and to quote the buyer’s exact words.
  3. Draft a one-page proposal that maps each challenge to how you’d solve it, with proof, price and timeline.
  4. Add a short comparison built only from the objections they raised, not a generic battlecard.
  5. Send it the same day with a 2-minute walkthrough video.

Here’s the transcript of my discovery call with [prospect].

1) List every objection they raised, every pain point, every quick win they’d care about, and the exact words they used to describe the problem (quote them).
2) Draft a one-page proposal: their challenges in their words, how we’d solve each one, relevant proof from [our results], pricing [price] and timeline [timeline].
3) Add a short section comparing us to [the alternatives they mentioned], built only from the objections they raised on the call.

Keep it plain and specific, and mark anything I need to confirm before sending.

Watch out for

  • It’s one deal, told by the seller.
  • She added screenshots from clients without formal case studies. Get your clients’ OK before you show their numbers to anyone else.
  • Public share links (like a published Claude artifact) can be opened by anyone with the link. Keep buyer details out of them, or use a private page.
  • Fast only helps if it’s right. Check every number and promise before it goes out.
