The resultas reported

Reported in Clay's case study: 60% of Saviynt reps booked more qualified meetings, and pipeline grew by $32.2M. Account research that took up to an hour per account now happens in real time. No time frame or baseline is given.

Case study: Saviynt (customer) and Clay (vendor). Saviynt's ops team put website visits to key pages, new security hires and CRM stage changes into one enriched account list, then exposed it to the AI chat reps already use. A rep asks which accounts to work this week and gets a ranked answer with the reason, the account detail and the contacts to reach. Asking for contacts runs an ops-built lookup across many data providers that returns checked emails and phones. Ops decide which reps see which workflows and set usage limits.

If you sell: start Monday by asking your AI who to work and why

  1. Put your buying signals in one place: key page visits, new hires on the buying team, CRM stage changes.
  2. Keep it enriched and current, and connect it to the AI chat your reps already use (an MCP connector).
  3. Have reps start each week by asking for a ranked list of accounts with the signal behind each.
  4. Give reps one approved way to get contacts and checked emails and phones, built by ops.
  5. Ops control what data is exposed, who gets each workflow and the usage limits.
  6. Watch how reps use it and turn what works into the next shared workflow.

Using our account signal data, which 10 accounts in my territory should I work this week, and why?
For each: the signal and its date, why it matters for [our product], the 2 best contacts with their role, and a one-line opening for my first email.
Rank by how recent and how strong the signal is. Leave out accounts with an open deal or a touch from us in the last 14 days. Say which facts you couldn't verify.

If you lead a team: roll it out

  1. Have ops expose one signal list and one contact lookup first.
  2. Compare qualified meetings per rep before and after, rep by rep.

Watch out for

  • Vendor case study; Clay is selling its MCP and data marketplace.
  • $32.2M has no stated period or baseline, and 60% of reps means 40% did not report more meetings.
  • Needs an ops team to build and govern the data layer first.
