On one client account with 300,000+ emails sent, a single Claude pass over every campaign showed that pain-point openers and certain calls to action were behind most of the booked meetings. Nobody on the account knew until then.
Instead of guessing at new copy, he has Claude pull every campaign from the sending tool (the copy plus sent, replies and meetings booked), including the flops. Claude maps copy to outcomes with four questions, must cite the campaigns behind every claim, and turns what worked into 3 to 7 named frameworks. The next campaign tests one change at a time.

Run it before your 10am
- Export your campaigns: subject, opener, body, CTA, plus sent, replies and meetings booked. Include the ones that flopped.
- Strip out prospect names and email addresses. You only need the copy and the numbers.
- Run the prompt below and insist on campaign evidence for every claim.
- Keep only patterns that repeat across several campaigns. One campaign is an anecdote.
- Launch the next test changing one thing at a time, so every reply is a vote you can count.
Below is data from our past cold email campaigns: for each campaign, the full copy (subject, opener, body, CTA) plus emails sent, replies and meetings booked. Answer four questions: 1) Which openers show up in campaigns above our average reply rate? 2) Which CTAs show up in the campaigns that led to meetings? 3) Which personas replied, and to what? 4) What do the dead campaigns have in common? Name the campaigns behind every claim. No evidence, no claim. Then merge what worked into 3 to 7 named frameworks, one line each, with the persona and reply rate. Finally, draft 5 openers for our next campaign that each change only one thing from the best framework. [Paste campaign data]
Watch out for
- Kenny builds outbound systems for a living, and the 300k result is his own report from a client account.
- Remove every prospect name, email and phone number before you paste anything in.
- Small campaigns lie. A winner on 200 sends isn’t a pattern yet.
- Use API keys only in tools your company has approved, and keep a person deciding what actually gets sent.
