The resultas reported

Reported by Monte Carlo: in a recent 30-day window, 323 agent runs across the GTM team cost $251 in total (about $0.78 a run), 29% of field sales and engineering ran at least one agent, and 56% of those came back and ran another.

Monte Carlo's GTM team built a hub where AEs, SDRs and CSMs run shared agents from the account or deal they are working: Account Research, Pre-Call Prep, Cold Outreach and Account Health Audit. Every run uses the rep's own login, reads the same data, logs what it did and its cost, and reps upvote the workflows that help.

If you sell: share the one AI workflow that saves you the most time

  1. Collect the AI workflows your best reps already run in private chats.
  2. Turn the proven ones into shared agents that start from the account or deal page: account research, pre-call prep, cold outreach, account health.
  3. Connect them once to the CRM, call recorder, Slack and warehouse, so reps don't wire their own.
  4. Log every run against the person who ran it, with its cost.
  5. Let reps upvote and comment so the best workflows rise to the top.
  6. Track how many reps use an agent and how many come back for a second run.

Pre-call prep for [account]. Use only this data: last 3 call summaries [paste], open opportunity [stage, amount, next step], account health [usage, tickets, renewal date].
Return a talk track under 150 words: 1) what changed since the last call, 2) the 2 questions to ask, 3) the one risk to address, 4) the next step to propose. Mark anything you are unsure of with (check).

If you lead a team: roll it out

  1. Start with 3-4 agents your best reps already use.
  2. Track cost per run and repeat use before adding more.

Watch out for

  • Monte Carlo says these are early numbers from a rollout still ramping, not a run rate.
  • The results are cost and adoption, not revenue. The blog says the health audit used to take hours of manual work.
  • Monte Carlo sells data and AI trust software, so the post also argues for its own view of governed AI.
