The resultas reported

Reported in Attention's case study: call recording went from 54% to 79% of calls in one month and over 90% within six weeks. Preply also reports 10 hours a week saved per seller on CRM entry, an 85% increase in forecast accuracy and a 70% increase in close rates.

If your team groaned the last time you rolled out a call recorder, this one is for you. Preply got adoption by leading with what saves sellers time, and leaders went first on being scored.

Case study: Preply (customer) and Attention (vendor). Preply's B2B sales team rolled out call AI by showing sellers what saved them time first: CRM fields filled for them, one-click follow-up emails and call summaries. Coaching came later. Leaders had their own calls scored and shared them, and sellers built their own templates. An AI field also checks every discovery and demo call against the ICP and pipeline definition, with a yes or no, an ICP fit score, a confidence level and the reasoning.

Run it before your 10am

  1. Launch with the features that save sellers time: auto-filled CRM fields, follow-up email drafts, call summaries.
  2. Hold coaching scorecards until recording is a habit.
  3. Have leaders get their own calls scored and share one that went badly.
  4. Let sellers build and share their own follow-up templates.
  5. Track the share of calls recorded every week.
  6. Then add an AI qualification check on each discovery and demo call against your ICP and pipeline rules: yes or no, ICP fit score, confidence and reasons.
Copy-paste prompt · Try it tomorrow (copy-paste prompt for the ICP check on each call)
Here is a discovery or demo call transcript: [transcript].
Our ICP: [industry, size, use case, buyer].
Our pipeline rule: [what makes a real opportunity].
Answer:
1. Is this a qualified opportunity? Yes or no.
2. ICP fit 1 to 5.
3. Confidence: high, medium or low.
4. The two reasons, each with a quote from the buyer.

If you lead a team

  1. Week 1: time savers only. Week 3: share your own scored call.
  2. Target 90% of calls recorded before you start coaching from scores.

Watch out for

  • Vendor case study; Attention is selling its platform.
  • Forecast and close rate gains have no stated time frame.
  • Recording calls needs consent rules in each country you sell in.
  • What I'd have my team try first: managers share one of their own scored calls, the messy one, before asking anyone else to.
