Reported for one week: 60 contacts, 40% positive reply rate, 24 interested, 17 booked calls so far, about 2 hours of human time.
Feed Claude three real discovery-call transcripts, pull out the pains in the buyer's own words, and write the sequence with those words. Keep the list small and tight, and let Claude flag the positive replies so you only spend time on those.

If you sell: run it before your 10am
- Pick 3 recent discovery calls with good-fit buyers and get the transcripts.
- Ask Claude to list the pains, in the buyer's exact phrases.
- Build a small, tight list (he used the HubSpot Partner Directory) and enrich it in Clay.
- Write the sequence using those phrases; keep each email short.
- Send through your sequencing tool (his: Reply.io Jason AI, controlled by Claude MCP).
- Have Claude sort replies and flag the positive ones; you answer those yourself.
Below are 3 discovery call transcripts with buyers who fit our ICP. List the top 5 problems they described, each with 2 exact quotes and who said it. Then write a 3-email sequence for similar buyers. Each email under 80 words, built on one problem, using their phrases, not ours. No claims we cannot back up. End each with one easy question. Transcripts: [paste]
If you lead a team: roll it out
- Make 3 fresh discovery transcripts the required input for any new sequence.
Watch out for
- 60 contacts is a small, very targeted list and one week of data.
- The post ends with a "Comment CLAUDE" gate for extra material; the method above is in the post itself.
