Thirty minutes a week of raw input (voice clips on walks, sales call recordings, screenshots of posts that made her stop scrolling) goes into Claude Code, which already holds her positioning, buyer, objections and best past posts. It comes back as 10 ideas; she picks 4 or 5, writes for four different buyer stages, uses a useful giveaway to turn comments into conversations, and spends 30 minutes commenting on other people’s posts before each one goes out.

Run it before your 10am
- Once a week, collect 30 minutes of raw material: voice memos, call snippets (names removed), and posts that stopped you.
- Give AI your positioning, your buyer, their objections, their exact phrases and your best past posts.
- Ask for 10 ideas across four buyer stages, and pick the 4 or 5 you’d actually say out loud.
- Offer one genuinely useful free thing (a template, a checklist) so a comment can become a conversation.
- Before each post, spend 30 minutes leaving real comments on your buyers’ posts.
My positioning: [positioning]. My buyer: [ideal customer]. Their common objections: [objections]. Words they use: [phrases]. My best past posts: [paste]. This week’s raw input (voice notes, call snippets with names removed, posts I liked): [paste]. Give me 10 LinkedIn post ideas, at least 2 for each type of buyer: - doesn’t know they have the problem yet - feels it but blames the wrong thing - knows the problem but not that a fix exists - is comparing options and wants proof For each idea: a hook line, 3 bullet points, and one useful free thing I could offer in the comments. Write the way I talk. No hashtags.
Watch out for
- One week, self-reported. Meetings booked aren’t the same as qualified pipeline.
- Never post anything from a sales call that could identify a customer without their permission.
- Keep the comments human. Automated comments read as spam and can put your account at risk.
- If your company has a social media policy, check it before you post about deals or customers.
